Video tapes must undamaged.
We cannot accept copyrighted video tapes.
Repairs for video tapes are not available.
If we can repair it, we will do so at no cost.
Please use bubble wrap to package your video tapes securely.
Send your order within one week of placement and include tracking information.
Kindly provide the tracking number.
To keep prices low, you will be responsible for return shipping.
For video tapes longer than 2 hours, new pricing will be provided.
We do not offer refunds for blank tapes or film reels.
